About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Operations to oversee daily activities across our organization, optimize operational processes, and ensure business efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in operations management, team leadership, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to ensure smooth operations.
Manage and oversee key departments including e.g., HR, IT, Finance, Customer Service, etc, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Design and execute event-driven business plans across multiple venues (think DJs, promoters, brunches, industry nights)
Work hand-in-hand with marketing to deliver viral campaigns, guerrilla activations, and ticketed experiences
Build and manage a network of promoters, partners, and subcultures to keep venues full and profitable
Own the P&L and grow revenue through creative, commercial strategies
Hire and lead GMs, event teams, bar managers, and more across all properties
Requirements:
Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and team management.
8+ years in nightlife, bar, or high-volume hospitality leadership
Proven success launching or running Bars and Night life venues
Deep understanding of promoter networks, music, events, and bar-led business models
Obsessed with numbers, but fluent in culture
Hustler mentality—you know how to get a full house with a Whats App drop or a last-minute concept
