Director of Off-Plan Property Sales
Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced anddynamicDirector of Off-Plan Property Sales to lead and drive our off-plan property sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, setting and achieving ambitioussales targets, and ensuring seamless coordination with the CEO to align with the company’s vision and growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
Team Building & Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage a team of motivated sales agents.
Provideleadership, mentorship, and ongoing support to the sales team to ensure exceptional performance.
Develop a positive andresults-driventeam culture.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Create and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals in the off-plan property segment.
Establish and tracksales targetsfor the team, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs.
Developinnovativeapproaches to attract investors and end-users for off-plan projects.
Client Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with developers to secure exclusive listings and collaborations.
Engage with potential investors and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and other industry forums.
Market Analysis & Reporting
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the off-plan segment.
Prepare detailed sales reports and provide insights to the CEO forstrategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with Dubai’s real estate regulations and company policies.
Collaboration with Leadership
Work closely with the CEO to align sales strategies with the company’s long-term objectives.
Provide regular updates on team performance, market developments, and sales forecasts.
Process Optimization
Establish streamlined sales processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Utilize CRM systems to track leads, monitor performance, and improve client engagement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong focus on off-plan properties.
Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including developer projects and regulations.
Strongcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with excellentleadershipand organizational abilities.
RERA certification (preferred).
Driver’s license and own car is must.
