ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for a Director of Housekeeping for a prominent luxury lifestyle hotel in Doha, Qatar. Housed within a landmark heritage building, this property blends architectural distinction with contemporary luxury across its rooms, dining venues, event spaces, and a private members

club. This is a Department Head position for a leader who sets the bar high, inspires their team, and takes genuine pride in delivering immaculate standards at every guest touchpoint.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead and inspire the Housekeeping team to deliver consistently exceptional standards across all guest rooms and public areas

• Ensure full compliance with luxury hospitality and Forbes Travel Guide standards throughout the property

• Oversee daily operations, team scheduling, and individual performance management

• Manage inventory, departmental budgeting, and cost controls without compromising quality

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and cohesive guest experience

• Champion team training, engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven senior Housekeeping leadership experience within a luxury hotel environment

• Strong working knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards and high-end service expectations

• Exceptional people leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams

• A meticulous eye for detail and an uncompromising commitment to quality

• Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-driven in approach
