About the Role
A large public sector organization in Jeddah is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Reporting / FP&A to lead financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting in support of the institution’s long-term sustainability. This newly created role reports directly to the CFO and will play a key part in shaping evidence-based decision-making at the highest levels of the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and long-range financial forecasting
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions
- Drive revenue diversification, cost optimization, and resource allocation initiatives
- Prepare and deliver management reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis for senior leadership and the Board
- Monitor performance against budget, explain variances, and advise on corrective actions
- Assess the financial viability of new programs and capital investments
- Build and lead a high-performing financial planning and reporting team
