A leading PIF-backed manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Performance Director. We are hiring on behalf of our client to identify a strategic finance leader who can drive financial planning, business performance, budgeting, forecasting, and executive decision support across a large-scale manufacturing organization.
This is a high-impact leadership role partnering closely with the executive leadership team to deliver financial insights, strengthen business performance, and support long-term strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
- Drive performance management through KPI frameworks, dashboards, and executive reporting
- Deliver financial modelling, business case evaluations, and strategic decision support
- Monitor capital expenditure, project finance, and investment performance
- Prepare Board, shareholder, and executive management reports
- Analyze business performance, identify risks, and recommend improvement initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Procurement, HR, Legal, and Projects
- Support strategic initiatives, funding activities, and financial governance
- Ensure accurate variance analysis and timely management reporting
- Build a high-performing FP&A and business performance function

Required Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Planning, or Performance Management.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure, or project-financed organizations is highly preferred.
- Proven experience working with executive leadership, Boards, and investors.
