Our client is a leading organization in Saudi Arabia managing a large-scale, high-profile development with a strong focus on integrated facilities and asset management.
Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead integrated Hard & Soft FM operations across a large-scale portfolio.
- Drive asset lifecycle management, operational readiness, and service excellence.
- Manage FM contracts, vendors, OPEX/CAPEX budgets, and KPI/SLA performance.
- Oversee engineering, maintenance, HSE, CAFM/CMMS, compliance, and risk management.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of Facilities Management experience, including 7+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in integrated FM, asset management, contractor governance, and managing large-scale facilities.
- Experience with CAFM/CMMS platforms (e.g., IBM Maximo) is preferred.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly desirable.
