Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end regulatory licensing efforts for new market entries.
Design and implement localized compliance frameworks aligned with international and local requirements.
Build strong relationships with regulators, banking partners, and legal advisors.
Provide guidance to senior leadership on regulatory risks, market strategy, and operational compliance.
Review and optimize current regulatory submissions and processes.
Qualifications
7+ years in compliance leadership roles across fintech, payments, or financial services.
Proven success navigating multi-country licensing and regulatory environments.
Arabic fluency preferred; strong experience in the GCC region is a plus.
