Our client, a DFSA-regulated private equity real estate platform based in Dubai, is seeking a Director / Head of Business Development to lead capital-raising efforts for a newly established fund. This is a high-impact, executive-level opportunity to work directly with the CEO and COO to shape investor strategy, build a robust pipeline, and position the fund as a trusted player in the regional market.
The successful candidate will bring 8+ years of experience in private equity real estate fundraising, and private investment banking, with a demonstrable track record of raising capital from family offices, and HNWIs across the GCC and internationally. A strong regional network, deep understanding of the GCC investment landscape, and the ability to independently originate and close investor commitments are essential.
This role suits an entrepreneurial, commercially driven professional who thrives in a growth-stage environment and is motivated by building something from the ground up.
