Elan Media is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Sales Director to lead commercial growth across our Radio, Cinema, and Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Media Sales Leadership
- Strong background in OOH, Radio, Cinema, or Advertising Sales
- Experience managing key accounts, agencies, and direct clients
- Strong understanding of audience measurement systems, media planning, and campaign performance analytics
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and sales targets
- Local hiring preferred
- Media industry experience required
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage and develop relationships with key clients, agencies, and stakeholders
- Oversee sales activities across Radio, Cinema, and OOH advertising platforms
- Drive client acquisition, retention, and upselling initiatives
- Utilize audience data and analytics to deliver data‑driven advertising solutions
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
