About our client
We are working on an opportunity with a prestigious global investor based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking for an experienced leader to join as a Director in a new role as a result of the fund’s expansion plans globally. The role’s key areas of focus include M&A transaction execution, corporate finance strategy, strategic advisory, and relationship management.
What the job involves
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and C-suite executives, providing expert advice on M&A opportunities, due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring.
Support investment teams and portfolio companies in developing M&A strategy and executing transactions globally.
Collaborate on due diligence, financial analysis, and valuation assessments to evaluate potential transactions.
Provide expertise beyond M&A, including capital structure optimization, financial modelling, and strategic financial planning.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advisors, investors, and industry professionals.
Who we are looking for
Proven track record in a senior leadership role within M&A advisory, Private Equity, investment banking, or corporate finance.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
Expert knowledge of M&A processes, deal structuring, and valuation techniques.
Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
