We are working with a boutique management consultancy specialising in strategy, change and transformation, recently expanding their footprint in Saudi Arabia (KSA). Our client seeks senior-level leaders to lead transformational projects, drive client growth, and shape the firm’s strategy across KSA. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver impactful solutions and contribute to the growth of a dynamic consultancy in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Transformation:Oversee high-impact projects in strategy, workforce advisory, organisational change, target operating models, and change management for KSA clients.
Drive Growth:Build strong client relationships, expand accounts, and deliver innovative solutions.
Provide Thought Leadership:Serve as a trusted advisor and grow your influence through industry engagement and professional networks.
Strategic Execution:Develop and implement strategies that achieve long-term success for clients, focusing on KSA-based public and government sectors.
Team Leadership:Lead high-performing teams, ensuring exceptional project delivery and fostering professional growth.
Experience Required:
Extensive Consulting Experience:A proven track record of success within management consulting, Big 4, or advisory roles, particularly within the KSA market.
Domain Expertise:Deep knowledge and experience in stategy, workforce/people advisory, organisational change, target operating models, or related disciplines.
Leadership & Business Development:Demonstrated success in leading complex client engagements and growing client accounts.
Cultural Fluency:Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
