Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Director – Enterprise Solutions (Business Analysis) to lead enterprise-level business analysis efforts within airport and construction environments. This role is responsible for understanding complex business processes, identifying technology opportunities, and translating operational needs into scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate brings a blend of industry knowledge in airport infrastructure and construction with deep expertise in enterprise platforms, data analysis, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business analysis functions to assess enterprise needs across airport operations, capital projects, and construction programs.
Partner with stakeholders from engineering, construction, airport operations, procurement, and IT to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
Translate operational challenges into actionable solution designs that align with enterprise systems like ERP, EAM, BIM, GIS, and construction management platforms.
Drive initiatives around digital transformation, data integration, and process automation for infrastructure lifecycle management.
Facilitate business case development, gap analysis, cost-benefit studies, and ROI evaluations for enterprise technology investments.
Manage cross-functional teams in requirement elicitation, business process mapping (As-Is/To-Be), and solution delivery.
Ensure alignment between business goals and enterprise system capabilities, using tools such as SAP, Oracle, Procore, Autodesk, or IBM Maximo.
Monitor regulatory compliance, stakeholder requirements, and business continuity planning specific to aviation and construction environments.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
8+ years of experience in business analysis or enterprise solutions leadership within airport infrastructure or large-scale construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise platforms and how they apply in capital projects and operational settings (e.g., ERP, EPM, BIM, CMMS).
Demonstrated ability to lead requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise solution delivery.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking, with a strong grasp of KPIs, business intelligence, and data reporting tools.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards (FAA, TSA, ISO, etc.).
Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, TOGAF, or Six Sigma are highly desirable.
Experience with smart airport or intelligent infrastructure initiatives.
Previous involvement in billion-dollar capital programs or public infrastructure IT strategy.
