An exciting opportunity to join a start-up organisation in Saudi Arabia at a pivotal stage of growth, leading the development of major Economic Zones, Logistics Parks, Dry Ports and integrated industrial infrastructure.
We are seeking an experienced infrastructure development leader with a proven track record of delivering large-scale brownfield and greenfield developments from concept through to execution. This role will lead the planning and delivery of multi-billion-dollar CAPEX programmes, working closely with government stakeholders, investors and delivery partners to establish world-class logistics and industrial assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of Economic Zones, Logistics Parks and Dry Ports.
- Drive projects from early-stage feasibility, master planning and business case through design, procurement and construction.
- Develop and manage large-scale CAPEX programmes, ensuring delivery to cost, schedule and quality objectives.
- Build and lead multidisciplinary project teams within a growing organisation.
- Engage with government entities, developers, investors and logistics operators to support successful project delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Infrastructure, Construction or a related discipline.
- 15+ years' experience delivering major infrastructure, logistics or industrial developments.
- Proven experience leading both greenfield and brownfield developments from inception through delivery.
- Strong background in Economic Zones, Special Economic Zones (SEZs), Logistics Parks, Dry Ports, Ports or Industrial Cities.
- Demonstrable experience managing multi-billion-dollar CAPEX programmes and complex stakeholder environments.
- Previous experience in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
