Title and Summary

The Director, Business Development, Corporate Solutions (B2B Payments) is responsible for driving growth in B2B payments by acquiring new customers, expanding carded commercial POS flows, and B2B accounts payable flows. This role involves developing new products, go-to-market strategies, and building capabilities and relationships to increase revenue in the Large & Mid-Market corporate segment.

Role
The successful candidate will collaborate with Account Management teams, regional and global product teams to:

Grow, maintain, and convert a pipeline of B2B opportunities, exceeding KPIs for pipeline value, conversion rate, and revenue.

Support issuers in articulating Mastercard’s value around products and services.

Leverage Mastercard’s capabilities to close deals and create new opportunities.

Develop and manage relationships with Financial Institutions and corporate clients.

Train sales teams and support their product knowledge development.

Undertake Direct-to-Corporate activities where appropriate, assisting large corporates in procurement process improvements and guiding them towards Mastercard solutions.

Manage deal implementation and develop a schedule of commercial events.

KPIs include GDV, Net Revenue, pipeline size, deal activation, and strategic metrics.

About You

Candidates should have knowledge of the Large Market segment, experience in sales, product, or customer management within the Commercial Card/Transaction Banking industry, and a

proven track record

of success. Strong

communication

, stakeholder management, strategic opportunity identification, and Arabic language skills are required.
