Role Overview
Responsible for delivering Building Services Engineering from a design and construction perspective within THE LINE region, working as part of the LINE organization.
The region includes projects like the Hidden Marina Mirror Line phase 1, landscapes, three ‘special projects’, and the NEOM International Airport.
Requirements Summary
Experience in Building Services Engineering across various sectors
Skills in process mapping and modelling tools
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools

Role Competencies & Activities
The Director of Building Services will:
Ensure successful delivery of building services strategies, design, and construction for THE LINE
Lead support teams and oversee procurement and management of projects
Maintain accountability for engineering systems in regional assets
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement building services strategies aligned with project goals
Plan and review project-specific implementation plans
Source and evaluate innovative technologies and partners
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Define KPIs and monitor project progress

Experience & Qualifications
12+ years in Building Services Engineering
Proven stakeholder management skills
Strong strategic and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
