Position: Director – Asset IT Operations (COR810)
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and visionary professional to fill the role of Director – Infrastructure Operations. Thisleadershipposition will oversee all aspects of our infrastructure operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services that support the company’s ambitious projects and initiatives. You will be responsible for establishing operational excellence while aligning infrastructure capabilities with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Providestrategic leadershipand direction for all infrastructure operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals
Manage the development, implementation, andoptimizationof operational processes related to IT infrastructure, including network, server, and storage management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure team, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of services
Implement best practices for incident management,change management, and configuration management within the infrastructure environment
Lead initiativesto enhance infrastructure performance, availability, and disaster recovery capabilities
Collaborate withcross-functional teamsto ensure that IT operations are fully integrated with business processes
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to optimize infrastructure efficiency and support business goals
Develop budgets and manageresource allocationfor infrastructure operations
Foster a culture ofcontinuous improvementwithin the infrastructure operations team through training andprofessional development
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a significant focus on operations
Provenleadershipexperience in overseeing IT infrastructure operations
Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices
Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and networking technologies
Exceptionalproject managementskills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical andproblem-solvingabilities
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
