We are looking for a Direct Terminal Operations Lead to drive device sales and revenue performance. The role will focus on promotions, claims management, stakeholder coordination, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales and revenue targets for the direct terminal channel.
- Coordinate device promotions and commercial activities with manufacturers.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for approved promotions.
- Manage claims preparation, submission, tracking, and closure.
- Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, Sales, and other teams to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor stock rotation and support clearance of ageing inventory.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, revenue, margins, claims, promotions, and stock.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in device sales and working with device manufacturers.
- Experience across retail, partner, or distributor channels.
- Experience in claims management and cross-functional coordination.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: QAR8,000.00 – QAR10,000.00 per month
