Sales Customer Service Acquire new to bank / potential customers for banking products via daily sales calls and visits.
Resolve customer complaints through proactive customer service.
Develop relationships with target customers to increase cross-sell ratio.
Relationship Identification Identify and establish new relationships consistent with the Bank’s retail objectives to maximize SIB market share.
Achieve and maintain monthly and yearly
sales targets

Communication
Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers to ensure they are aware of all SIB products / services relevant to their situation.
Assist in conducting promotional activities, meetings, and road shows in the assigned area to achieve the budgeted sales volume.
Experience and Skills1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking sector.
Language Skills Strong in both oral and written English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
