Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dimensional & Welding Inspector located in Doha, Qatar. The Dimensional & Welding Inspector will be responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of welding and dimensional accuracy of fabricated metal products. Day-to-day tasks include performing visual inspections, reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, conducting measurements and tests, documenting inspection results, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
Qualifications
Proficient in performing visual inspections and reading fabrication and technical drawings
Experienced in conducting measurements and tests to ensure dimensional accuracy and welding quality
Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements
Excellent documentation and reporting skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Certification in welding inspection (e.g., AWS or equivalent) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field is preferred
