We’re looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that make our business simpler, faster, smarter, and more scalable.
This role goes beyond implementing technology. You’ll work across the business to uncover real operational challenges, redesign processes, identify opportunities for digitization and automation, and turn them into measurable transformation initiatives, from discovery and solution definition through delivery, adoption, and value realization.
What You’ll Get Your Hands On
- Own and continuously improve the Digital Transformation roadmap, aligned with business priorities and measurable outcomes
- Work closely with business teams to identify pain points, inefficiencies, manual processes, and opportunities for transformation.
- Lead current-state and future-state process mapping and challenge inefficient processes before introducing technology.
- Translate business challenges into structured requirements, transformation initiatives, and scalable solution concepts.
- Lead transformation initiatives from discovery and planning through implementation, UAT, go-live, adoption, and post-launch measurement.
- Coordinate across Digital Solutions, enterprise platforms, IT, Information Security, Data, Product, Technology, and external partners.
- Drive adoption and ensure implemented solutions deliver sustainable business value, not simply successful deployment.
- Establish governance around requirements, documentation, testing, readiness, and operational handover.
- Evaluate technologies, including AI, automation, low-code platforms, and cloud capabilities, based on genuine business value and feasibility.
- Lead and develop the Digital Transformation team, building strong capabilities in process improvement, business analysis, change, and transformation delivery.
♂️ The Magic You Bring
- 5+ years of relevant experience in digital transformation, business systems, process improvement, enterprise applications, technology consulting, or a related field.
- Proven experience delivering cross-functional transformation initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption.
- Strong experience in business process mapping, process re-engineering, requirements analysis, and solution definition.
- Experience working with enterprise applications, automation, integrations, or digital platforms.
- Strong project and program management capabilities, with experience managing multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with both senior business leaders and technical teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn complex, ambiguous business problems into structured, actionable initiatives.
- A practical understanding of change management, adoption, and business value realization.
✨ Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in a high-growth technology, e-commerce, logistics, fintech, marketplace, or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, HR platforms, workflow automation, low-code solutions, AI-enabled applications, or cloud-based enterprise systems.
- Experience working with Agile delivery teams and modern software development lifecycles.
- Relevant certifications in project management, Agile, business analysis, process improvement, or change management.
