About the Role:
We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Director of Growth to lead the digital transformation journey for a well-established regional player in the creative and communications space.
This role will be at the forefront of designing and executing future-focused digital initiatives, reimagining revenue streams, and elevating customer engagement using data, platforms, and partnerships. The right candidate will blend digital expertise, commercial instinct, and cross-functional leadership to unlock scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of the company’s digital transformation roadmap across products, platforms, and partnerships.
Identify and execute new growth opportunities—digital offerings, client solutions, and platform expansion strategies.
Collaborate with internal business units (strategy, content, marketing, client services) to align digital innovation with core business objectives.
Analyze data, market trends, and consumer behaviors to influence digital product decisions and client delivery models.
Drive performance metrics across customer experience, lead generation, digital monetization, and platform engagement.
Build business cases for strategic investments in technology, tools, and digital infrastructure.
Serve as a senior advisor to leadership on future trends and digital-first thinking.
Ideal Profile:
12+ years of experience in digital growth, digital strategy, or transformation, preferably within media, content, marketing tech, or platform-based businesses.
Proven success in leading digital innovation—from roadmap to execution—within a fast-evolving business environment.
Strong grasp of performance marketing, digital experience platforms, CRM, and martech stacks.
Exceptional commercial acumen with a track record of identifying revenue opportunities through digital channels.
Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to lead change across functions and seniority levels.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a data-driven approach to testing, scaling, and optimizing new initiatives.
