Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Digital Strategy
- Assess and improve Digital Maturity
- Develop and maintain Digital Objectives
- Monitor and report Digital KPIs
- Assess Digital operating model and RACI, then recommend/support corrective actions
- Maintain Digital priorities
- Conduct market intelligence
- Prepare Sr. Management reporting
- Support sustainability initiatives
- Support the execution and delivery of Digital Strategic initiatives by monitoring and tracking key milestones, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines
Monitor, report, and support OHI-related tasks
Requirements:
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, or Banking
- Certifications in Project Management, PMO, Strategy, or Digital Transformation
Experience
- Strategy development and execution
- Prioritization frameworks and methodologies
- Business KPIs
- Business performance dashboards
- Project management standards, templates, and methodologies
- Project Management Office (PMO) standards, templates, and operations
- Project delivery methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- PowerPoint slide development and design (Think-Cell is a plus)
Language & Soft Skills
- Excellent Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
