Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary digital media team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital media and social media strategies.
- Oversee the planning, creation, publishing, and optimization of digital content across all platforms.
- Monitor digital performance metrics and prepare regular analytical reports.
- Identify new technologies, digital tools, AI solutions, and industry trends to enhance business performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, programming, production, and creative departments.
- Supervise websites and digital platform initiatives.
- Monitor team performance.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Recommend innovative digital products and services that support organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Google Analytics, Meta, AI, or Project Management are considered an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Proven experience leading digital media, social media, or digital transformation teams.
- Experience within media organizations, broadcasting, television, or digital content industries is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and digital ecosystems.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and audience analytics.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and automation tools.
- Understanding of OTT platforms, streaming technologies, and digital publishing.
- Ability to interpret analytics and transform insights into strategic decisions.
- Strong project management skills.
