We are seeking a skilled MEP Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and plumbing networks. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure the smooth operation of building facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues to ensure system efficiency.
Work on electrical panels, distribution boards, wiring, and circuit breakers.
Maintain and service HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, ductwork, and ventilation units.
Install and repair plumbing systems, and pipe fittings.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals for MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of control panels at client locations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications:
Education: Higher Secondary or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with tools and equipment used in panel wiring
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
Preferred Skills:
Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
