Job Summary :
Responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy and answering the consumer's inquiries and questions, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems, and providing information to increase our presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
The role is also responsible for implementing campaigns to reach the target audience and increase visibility, customer engagement, and growth across all digital platforms.
Requirements :
· Education: Bachelor / Diploma Degree in marketing.
· 2 years experience in Digital Marketing or social media
· Knowledge of FMCG role or digital Advertising Agency is preferable,
· Copywriting skills Arabic & English
· Good in English and Arabic language.
· E-Commerce experience is preferred
· Good Communications Skills
· Good in computer skills
· Good in Microsoft office
