Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at PSI Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create engaging campaigns across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content for websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and ads.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to track ROI, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness.
SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and manage paid search campaigns to maximize visibility.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance.
Lead Generation: Develop strategies to drive qualified leads and convert them into long-term customers through digital channels.
Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, social media, and content creation.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and other digital marketing tools.
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM strategies, email marketing, and content marketing.
Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
