Job Description
Digital Strategy Development:
Crafting and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Abbott’s overall business goals and brand vision.
Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities for digital engagement.
Digital Channel Management:
Overseeing the management and optimization of Abbott’s digital presence, including the corporate website, social media channels, email marketing, and e-commerce.
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital campaigns and channels, using data-driven insights to continuously improve and refine digital marketing efforts.
Content Development and Oversight:
Overseeing the end-to-end execution of content for downstream channels, including offline and online, ensuring messaging aligns with Abbott’s brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Collaborating closely with creative agencies to ideate, produce, and refine high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that resonates with Abbott’s diverse consumer base and drives engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing campaigns across all downstream channels.
Providing regular reports and presentations to management on the performance and impact of digital marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Previous experience in digital marketing across multiple channels
High digital literacy and a systems-thinking approach to integrating digital as a core component of strategy
Strong expertise with digital tracking, attribution modeling, and analytical tools (such as Double Click, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics); experience with social media management tools and similar platforms
