Daily performance monitoring and reporting
Job Responsibilities:
Complete management and operation of the online store
Adding products, updating prices, and content
Monitoring requests and coordinating with the team
Managing Snapchat and Instagram accounts
Creating marketing content (posts/videos/promotions)
Responding to customers and converting inquiries into sales
Improving user experience within the store
Monitoring and analyzing ad performance and campaigns
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing online sales platforms (E-commerce)
Experience in managing social media accounts
Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising
Skill in writing and crafting marketing content
Ability to create content suitable for the Saudi market (important point) and possibly utilize AI and applications like ChatGPT to work on content
Commitment and discipline in remote work
