Digital Marketing Specialist Jobs in Dubai at Fine Led Screen
Responsibilities:
· Oversee all aspects of the restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
· Manage daily restaurant schedules, including staff assignments and shift management.
· Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring budget adherence and maximizing profitability.
· Lead, motivate, and provide direction to the restaurant team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
· Enforce company policies and ensure all health, safety, and legal standards are followed.
· Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by providing excellent service, addressing guest complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
· Maintain a friendly, professional relationship with guests and anticipate their dining preferences.
· Handle special requests, VIP reservations, and other personalized guest services.
· Promote a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere in the restaurant.
· Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure the menu offerings are appealing, well-priced, and meet customer expectations.
· Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and tracking food and beverage supplies.
· Ensure that all menu items are prepared, presented, and served according to the restaurant’s standards.
· Prepare and manage the restaurant’s budget, including forecasting sales and labor costs.
· Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, and implement cost-control measures where necessary.
· Analyze financial performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to boost revenue and reduce waste.
· Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to promote the restaurant, including creating special events, offers, or seasonal menus.
· Participate in the development of promotional materials and campaigns that increase brand visibility and attract guests
· Ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery at all times.
· Ensure that the restaurant is consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained.
· train, and develop restaurant staff, including servers, attenders, hosts, and cashiers
· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for staff development
· Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, including food handling, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
· Maintain proper documentation and conduct regular checks to ensure adherence to all regulatory standards.
Requirements:-
A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Proficiency with Micros. Opera & FMC & Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional Arabic languages is a plus.

Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
