Royal Smart Limousine (RSL), a leader in premium transportation services, is looking for a Lady Transport Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, promote our luxury limousine services, and ensure seamless trip coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in malls, hotels, and high-traffic locations by promoting RSL’s limousine services.
Address customer inquiries, highlight service advantages, and secure bookings.
Manage walk-in trip requests and ensure smooth booking processes.
Negotiate competitive rates based on trip destinations while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Dispatch trips via the supervisor app, coordinating with drivers for timely service delivery.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve client concerns professionally.
Report progress, challenges, and solutions to the supervisor.
Requirements
Female candidates preferred for this role.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, transportation, logistics, or limousine services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (preferred).
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
