Digital Marketing Specialist Jobs in Dubai at Novanos
Job Purpose:
Responsible for growing B2C online sales through digital marketing, website optimization, paid advertising, and conversion-focused campaigns.
This is a sales-driven position, not just a social media position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Increase website and e-commerce sales.
- Optimize landing pages and customer journeys.
- Monitor ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, and other KPIs.
- Manage email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Analyze customer behavior and website performance.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
Requirements:
- Native Arabic speaker.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience.
- Proven track record in digital advertising and e-commerce.
- Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and online customer acquisition.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager.

- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
