Digital Marketing Specialist Jobs in Dubai at Myo Aesthetics
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage Google Ads, including Search, Display & Performance Max campaigns
- Develop strategies to generate high-quality patient leads and appointments
- Create and optimize campaigns for dental, dermatology, aesthetic & laser treatments
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS and ROI
- Conduct audience research, keyword research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives, videos and copy
- Set up and monitor pixels, conversion tracking, Google Analytics and lead tracking
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Continuously test and improve campaigns to maximize results
Requirements
- Proven experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Experience in healthcare, dental, dermatology, aesthetics or beauty marketing is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization
- Data-driven approach with excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Meta Business Manager
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets effectively
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
Pay: AED1,973.98 – AED4,000.00 per month
