Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist
Are you a creative thinker with a passion for digital trends, storytelling, and brand building? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to take the lead in driving our online presence and delivering engaging content across platforms.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting compelling social media campaigns, managing digital advertising efforts, optimizing content strategies, and analyzing engagement metrics to elevate the brand’s visibility and impact. You’ll work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure a consistent voice and a dynamic online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, etc.).
Create engaging content, including reels, posts, and stories tailored to target audiences.
Monitor analytics and performance metrics to refine and improve content strategy.
Plan and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams to align digital efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithms, and platform best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Experience with video content creation and editing is a plus.
A proactive mindset, creativity, and the ability to multitask under deadlines.
