Job Summary:

Royal Medical Centre is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for our one-day surgery center, covering multiple medical specialties. The ideal candidate must have healthcare industry experience and be fluent in Arabic. The role involves branding, digital campaigns, social media management, SEO, and lead generation strategies to attract and engage patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the center’s services, patient needs, and industry trends.
Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring patient engagement and brand awareness.
Website & SEO: Optimize the website with SEO-friendly content, blogs, and landing pages to drive organic traffic.
Paid Advertising (PPC): Plan and manage Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other paid campaigns to generate patient leads.
Email & SMS Marketing: Develop patient engagement campaigns, including appointment reminders, promotions, and awareness programs.
Content Creation & Branding: Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-quality videos, infographics, and marketing materials.
Influencer & Community Engagement: Partner with influencers, local communities, and patient testimonials for brand promotion.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM software.
Compliance & Ethical Marketing: Ensure marketing strategies adhere to healthcare regulations and maintain professional branding.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Language: Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms.
Creative & Analytical Thinking: Ability to design high-converting campaigns and analyze data for continuous improvement.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE healthcare marketing regulations and patient engagement strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in multispecialty healthcare marketing.
Strong understanding of UAE healthcare market trends.
Knowledge of video marketing, reels, and digital patient engagement strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
