We are looking for a talented and experienced Hairdresser (All-Rounder) & Beauty Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in all aspects of hairdressing, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, as well as beauty services such as manicures, pedicures, waxing, and threading. This role is perfect for a passionate professional who enjoys providing a full range of hair and beauty services while delivering an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities:Hairdressing Services:
Perform haircuts, styling, blow-dries, and treatments for men, women, and children.
Apply various coloring techniques, including highlights, balayage, ombre, and full-color applications.
Offer chemical treatments such as keratin smoothing, perms, and protein.
Provide expert consultation and recommendations on hairstyles and hair care.
Perform hair extensions and advanced hair treatments (if applicable).
Beauty Services:
Provide professional manicures and pedicures, including gel and acrylic applications.
Perform waxing services (face, body, and intimate areas) with precision and care.
Offer eyebrow shaping and facial hair removal using threading techniques.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all beauty services.
General Responsibilities:
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality hair and beauty services.
Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and beauty industry advancements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Promote and sell salon services, beauty treatments, and retail products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
