Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Manage SEO, SEM, website optimization, and content marketing initiatives.
- Create and oversee social media strategies, content calendars, and online engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Generate high-quality leads through digital campaigns and marketing automation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage and update company websites, ensuring content is current and user-friendly.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and brands in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within real estate, architecture, hospitality, construction, or a multi-brand organization is an advantage.
