Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to lead our digital marketing activities, generate qualified B2B leads, improve online visibility, and support business growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, AI tools, content creation, and lead generation, with good knowledge of the KSA (Saudi Arabia) market. The candidate should also be confident and camera-facing for video content, presentations, and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and business growth.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other digital campaigns.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through paid and organic channels.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword, competitor, and market research, particularly for the KSA market.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, leads, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Use advanced AI tools for content creation, research, campaign optimization, automation, and marketing productivity.
- Create and coordinate engaging digital content for social media, website, and advertising campaigns.
- Be camera-facing and confident on video for reels, promotional videos, product/service presentations, and social media content.
- Work closely with Sales and Online Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize audiences, creatives, keywords, and budgets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Identify new digital channels and opportunities for business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation.
- Good understanding of KSA/Saudi Arabia market and digital audience behavior.
- Advanced knowledge of AI tools and their practical application in digital marketing.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience with marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and campaign ROI.
- Strong content creation and social media skills.
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable appearing on camera.
- Strong English communication skills.
- UAE/KSA market experience is an advantage.
