Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes to a variety of structures, including walls, ceilings, buildings, and equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential, commercial, or industrial painting, along with knowledge of different painting techniques and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primer.
Mix and match paints to achieve the desired color and texture.
Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Cover and protect furniture, flooring, and other surfaces to prevent damage.
Inspect finished work for quality and touch up any imperfections.
Maintain painting tools, equipment, and workspaces in a clean and organized manner.
Follow safety guidelines, including proper ventilation and disposal of hazardous materials.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time.
Communicate with clients or supervisors regarding project progress and any issues.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Painter or similar role.
Knowledge of various painting techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to work at heights using ladders or scaffolding.
Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Certification in painting or finishing (a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
