Job Title: Operations Executive (Female) – Waste Management Operations (Night Shift)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated female Operations Executive to oversee the efficient execution of waste management operations during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Waste Collection Management: Supervise and ensure timely, efficient waste collection from clients as per contractual agreements during the night shift.
Scheduling and Route Optimization: Design and manage optimized waste collection schedules and routes that align with client requirements, operational objectives, and waste generation patterns.
Municipality Software Compliance: Accurately record all waste collection activities and relevant documentation on the Municipality software to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Waste Disposal Coordination: Coordinate with designated disposal facilities to ensure the proper handling and disposal of waste, adhering to environmental standards and regulatory protocols.
Operational Efficiency Evaluation: Continuously assess and improve the performance of waste management operations, focusing on optimizing processes, resource allocation, and logistical efficiency during night shifts.
Reporting and Billing Support: Provide comprehensive reports detailing operational activities, including collection metrics, route efficiency, and any encountered issues. Ensure that reports are submitted to the Accounts team for accurate billing and invoicing.
Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure high levels of service satisfaction, promptly addressing any operational concerns or service-related issues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience in waste management operations, logistics, or a related field.
Strong understanding of waste collection processes, scheduling, and route optimization techniques.
Familiarity with Municipality software and comprehensive knowledge of waste management regulations.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to meet operational objectives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Female candidates are preferred for this position.
High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Logistics, or a related field is preferred).
Prior experience in the waste management or environmental sector is highly desirable.
Availability to work night shifts is a mandatory requirement.
