We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR & Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, research, and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Description:
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding and offboarding
Collecting and maintaining records of the employees with all their personal and educational details.
Preparing contracts & letters.
Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and leave.
Maintain and update payroll records, including salary details, deductions, and attendance information.
Requirements:
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
Minimum 1 year experience is must.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
