Digital Marketing Executive – Real Estate Expert in Social Media Content Creation & Lead Generation
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000
GCC Real Estate LLC is looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to drive our online presence, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in social media content creation, lead generation, Website management , and real estate marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Marketing:
Develop and execute short-term lead generation campaigns on social media.
Create and post engaging, on-brand content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.
Monitor, update, and optimize the company’s social media profiles and interactions.
Oversee the design and branding of social media pages.
Track real estate trends to create relevant marketing content.
Engage with the online community and respond to customer interactions promptly.
Lead Generation & Digital Marketing:
Optimize lead generation strategies to ensure maximum ROI at the lowest cost per lead.
Manage Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and other paid campaigns.
Work with CRM tools to execute email campaigns featuring property listings and lifestyle content.
Develop landing pages in collaboration with the team.
Showcase new property launches across digital channels.
List properties on various real estate portals.
Advertising & Marketing Strategy:
Build and manage relationships with advertising suppliers to secure free banner and ad spaces.
Plan and execute Open Houses with the sales team.
Manage the marketing budget effectively.
Utilize Facebook Lookalike Audience for targeted ad campaigns.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and real estate market shifts.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Content Creator & Lead Generation Specialist in real estate marketing.
Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
Excellent English writing and communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
Ability to create and execute a marketing calendar with strategic planning.
Knowledge of landing page development and optimization.
Familiarity with Dubai’s freehold property market.
Expertise in marketing automation, funnel marketing, and digital advertising.
Experience managing real estate portals and online listings.
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
