Responsibilities

E-commerce Management:

Manage and optimize the brand’s presence on e-commerce platforms
Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized for search, and have compelling content (titles, descriptions, images).
Track and improve product ranking on e-commerce sites and search engines.
Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media, etc.) to drive online sales.
Work with the content and creative teams to design digital ads, banners, and promotional materials.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns, adjusting tactics based on performance data.
Leverage social media and email marketing to drive traffic to e-commerce sites.

SEO & SEM:

Implement SEO best practices for e-commerce sites, ensuring high visibility and top-ranking positions.
Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and revenue.
Analyze website traffic, keywords, and conversion rates to identify improvement opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track performance metrics for e-commerce platforms, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Regularly provide detailed reports on campaign performance, customer behavior, and ROI.
Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and e-commerce dashboards to monitor and improve performance.

Customer Engagement:

Work with the customer service team to resolve issues related to e-commerce orders, returns, and reviews.
Develop strategies to improve customer experience and retention.
Implement email marketing campaigns, including product promotions, newsletters, and offers.

Collaboration & Strategy:
Collaborate with product and sales teams to create compelling product offerings and promotions.
Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and tools to ensure the brand stays competitive in the online marketplace.
Assist with strategic planning for e-commerce initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing (at least 2- 3 years).
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central).
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM strategies and techniques.
Creative with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for success.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
Understanding of affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
