Attar de Astana is a premium fragrance brand manufactured by ASTANA MILLANO PERFUMES INDUSTRIES LLC. We are passionate about creating exceptional perfumes and expanding our presence across the UAE and international markets. We are looking for a creative, ambitious, and results-driven professional who can help grow our brand and increase online sales.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Brand Growth Executive who will take ownership of our digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and lead generation activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and data-driven marketing, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business results. (Note: Apply only those who can generate SALES).
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, and other digital advertising platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum return on investment (ROI).
Social Media Management
Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Respond to comments and messages professionally.
E-commerce & Website
Update products, pricing, banners, and promotions on the company website.
Optimize product pages for conversions.
Improve the online shopping experience.
Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
Content Creation
Coordinate or create product photography and videos.
Produce engaging marketing content for digital platforms.
Write compelling captions, product descriptions, and promotional copy.
Brand Growth
Increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Build relationships with influencers and content creators.
Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
Lead Generation
Generate online sales.
Generate wholesale inquiries.
Generate export business inquiries.
Manage website leads and WhatsApp inquiries.
Assist in converting prospects into customers.
Email & CRM Marketing
Plan and send email marketing campaigns.
Create abandoned cart recovery campaigns.
Promote new product launches and seasonal offers.
Support customer loyalty and retention initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering:
Website traffic
Online sales performance
Advertising performance
Social media growth
Lead generation
Conversion rates
Competitor analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
4–8 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or brand management.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
Experience with Canva and basic photo/video editing software.
Understanding of SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
Excellent English communication skills. Arabic is an advantage.
Strong creativity, organization, and analytical thinking.
Preferred Skills
Experience in perfumes, cosmetics, beauty, luxury, or FMCG brands.
Photography and videography skills.
Experience using AI tools to improve marketing productivity.
Knowledge of influencer marketing and content strategy.
