Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior BIM Modeler for ELV systems with experience in design development for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and coordinate 3D BIM models using Revit and other software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max).
Conduct design coordination, including reviews, comments, and RFIs.
Understand project requirements and develop models accordingly.
Ensure alignment with BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria.
Produce accurate drawings and extract data based on the BIM platform.
Work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience.
Strong proficiency in Revit and relevant software.
Excellent multitasking abilities.
Immediate availability preferred.
Ideally located in Dubai.
