Role Overview:
As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will provide expert advice, create custom itineraries, and manage travel bookings for clients. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth, memorable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on destinations, accommodations, and travel services.
Create customized travel itineraries and manage bookings.
Provide expert recommendations and up-to-date travel information.
Maintain high standards of customer service and address client concerns.
Build and retain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Achieve sales targets and promote travel packages.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in travel consulting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of global travel destinations and booking systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.).
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
Attention to detail and ability to manage complex itineraries.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
