About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Architectural Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming architectural designs into photorealistic 3D visualizations and walkthrough animations that capture the essence of our projects. You will work closely with our architects and designers to create stunning exterior and interior renders, ensuring accuracy, realism, and artistic quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renders, and walkthrough animations for architectural projects.
Work with provided CAD drawings, layouts, and elevations to create accurate and detailed visual representations.
Apply materials, textures, lighting, and environment settings to enhance visual impact.
Create lifelike scenes that reflect the project’s location, including urban Riyadh settings with appropriate hard and soft landscapes.
Produce high-quality 3D walkthroughs and animations to effectively showcase the design and spatial flow.
Optimize models and rendering settings for efficient production while maintaining quality.
Work with architects and designers to adjust materials, finishes, and landscape elements as required.
Utilize real-time rendering engines (such as Unreal Engine or Lumion) for interactive presentations.
Perform post-production enhancements using Photoshop or After Effects for a polished final result.
Meet tight deadlines while ensuring high standards of visual quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in industry-standard software:
3ds Max (essential)
Corona Renderer & V-Ray Renderer (strong experience required)
Blender (preferred)
Unreal Engine / Lumion / Twinmotion (for walkthroughs and interactive visualizations)
Other related plugins and tools such as Forest Pack, RailClone, and Megascans.
Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, lighting, and composition.
Proven experience in creating high-quality 3D walkthroughs, flythroughs, and interactive visualizations.
Ability to accurately interpret architectural plans, sections, and elevations.
Knowledge of post-production techniques using Photoshop, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field.
Prior experience in an architectural visualization firm or design studio.
A portfolio demonstrating expertise in modern contemporary architecture, high-end photorealistic renders, and 3D walkthroughs.
