JOB VACANCY: Digital Machine Operator

Job Objective:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Machine Operator to join our Graphics Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing and related graphics production machines to ensure high-quality output for events, exhibitions, and other projects. The role requires accuracy, technical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate digital printing and graphics production machines.
* Produce high-quality graphics, banners, signage, stickers, vinyl, and other exhibition and event materials.
* Prepare and check files before printing to ensure correct size, quality, colors, and specifications.
* Monitor printing output and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality.
* Perform basic machine setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
* Troubleshoot minor machine and printing issues and report major technical problems.
* Coordinate with the Graphics, Production, and Project Teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
* Ensure materials are properly handled and minimize wastage.
* Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production and work area.
* Follow company procedures, quality standards, and production schedules.
Skills & Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Digital Machine Operator, Digital Print Operator, or Graphics Production Operator.
* Experience in the events, exhibitions, advertising, signage, or printing industry is preferred.
* Knowledge of digital printing machines and large-format printing equipment.
* Familiarity with materials such as vinyl, banners, stickers, fabric, and other printing media.
* Basic knowledge of printing software and file formats.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and printing issues.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
* Good teamwork and communication skills.
* Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
* 5 – 8 years of relevant experience is preferred.
* Candidates currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia are preferred.
