We are looking for a full-time Digital Content Executive to own the complete video production process, from creative concept development and filming to editing, publishing, and content optimization across multiple platforms.
Working closely with our CEO, you will create content that showcases our vision, ideas, and journey.
This role requires someone who can combine strong creative instincts with hands-on execution and take projects from the first idea through to the final piece of content.

As our Digital Content Executive, you will:
Own the complete content creation process: from idea generation and creative planning to filming, editing, publishing, and optimization.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that strengthens our digital presence and helps communicate our vision to audiences across different platforms.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Creative Development & Storytelling
- Develop creative concepts, content ideas, and visual approaches aligned with company goals.
- Identify opportunities to turn business updates, CEO insights, and company initiatives into engaging stories.
- Support scripting, storyboarding, and content planning.
- Research trends, platform formats, and emerging content styles to continuously improve output.
Video Production
- Plan and execute professional video shoots, including camera setup, lighting, audio, and production preparation.
- Film short-form and long-form content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
- Direct recording sessions and ensure high-quality footage.
- Prepare interview setups and support CEO content production.
- Manage footage organization, backups, and content libraries.
Editing & Post-Production
- Edit videos from raw footage to final delivery.
- Create engaging edits with strong storytelling, pacing, B-roll, sound design, and visual elements.
- Adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
- Collaborate on thumbnails and supporting creative assets.
- Ensure all content meets a high standard before publishing.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor content performance including views, engagement, watch time, and audience growth.
- Identify what works and provide recommendations for future content.
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices.
