Job Overview
TrainPoint Institute is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging, informative, and platform-specific content that promotes its professional training programs, certifications, trainers, student outcomes, and institutional expertise.
The role requires a strong understanding of educational content, social media trends, video production, and digital storytelling. The Content Creator will transform course information and industry topics into content that attracts learners, strengthens credibility, and drives course enquiries and registrations.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop educational and promotional content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
● Create reels, short-form videos, carousels, trainer-led videos, course explainers, student testimonials, event coverage, and behind-the-scenes content.
● Plan and execute content shoots featuring trainers, students, classrooms, workshops, facilities, and training activities.
● Coordinate with trainers and academic teams to ensure course content, accreditations, affiliations, and learning outcomes are communicated accurately.
● Edit videos and images for different platform specifications while maintaining high visual and audio quality.
● Develop content around career development, professional skills, industry certifications, employability, and continuous learning.
● Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with course launches, admission cycles, events, workshops, and promotional campaigns.
● Monitor education and social media trends to identify relevant and timely content opportunities.
● Repurpose long-form training content, webinars, and workshops into short-form digital assets.
● Maintain organised folders for raw footage, edited assets, scripts, captions, and approved content.
Required Skills and Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● Proven experience in content creation, preferably within education, training, professional development, or EdTech.
● Strong video shooting and editing skills using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms.
● Ability to communicate educational and technical information in a simple and engaging manner.
● Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging content formats.
● Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and brand consistency.
● Ability to manage multiple content requirements and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
● Excellent written and spoken English.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
