Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves outdoor B2B sales, actively engaging with contractors, manufacturers, building material retailers to promote and sell our fasteners. The ideal candidate will have industry experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a drive to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients in industries such as construction, manufacturing, building material retailers and distribution.
Identify potential customers and proactively reach out to generate new leads.
Conduct on-site visits, meetings, and product demonstrations for clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fasteners from our product range.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Track and report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Represent Roxon at industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in fasteners, hardware, building material supplies, or related industries.
Strong outdoor sales and business development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Basic knowledge of fasteners and their applications is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for client visits and order delivery.
